Exceptional service, great views at your hotel from my queen room. Scrambled eggs, muffins, fruit, bread and pastries were served for breakfast in the restaurant. It had central location close to Morrin Centre.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was excellent. The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Quebec Bridge. By the way, a hill and a river were walking distance to the place.
Some people working there were very rude.

The staff was knowledgeable and efficient, everything was very good. Lots of food at continental breakfast including muffins, scrambled eggs, pastries, bread and fruit to order.
The breakfast should be included.

The place was luxurious and popular and the staff were amiable, the location was brilliant as close to the Parliament or local bus transportation. The room itself was well laid out and bright with an exceptional view, a wowzer Murphy Bed and a TV as advertised.

All in all great value for money. Friendly location and nice service. Food was decent and the staff were excellent co-operating. Room was attractive and updated. All facilities were basic too. Moreover, it was easy to park outside.

Allegro Restaurant, which can be found only 200 ft away, was a fast option. We greatly enjoyed hilton quebec. We had access to WiFi. Nice comfy base for a vacation in Quebec City.
